苯甲酸钠对小鼠骨髓细胞的致突变作用研究

摘  要:
采用小鼠骨髓细胞微核试验、小鼠骨髓细胞染色体畸变试验研究了食品防腐剂苯甲酸钠对小鼠骨髓细胞的致突变作用。结果显示:小鼠骨髓细胞微核试验及小鼠骨髓细胞染色体畸变试验均呈阳性(P<0.01),证明苯甲酸钠是染色体断裂剂,而且对雄性动物的致突变作用更大,所引起的染色体结构畸变以染色体断裂为主要类型。

摘  要:
Microcleus test and chromosome aberration test were used to ascertain the mutagenicity of sodium benzoate in born marrow cells.The results showed that microcleus test and chromosome aberration test in mice were positive.So sodium benzoate is chromosome clastogen.And the mutagenesis to male is greater than that to female.Isochromatid break is the main type of chromosome aberration.
