珍稀水生蔬菜象牙菜与常见栽培蔬菜的营养成分比较

摘  要:
对珍稀水生蔬菜象牙菜与常见栽培蔬菜小白菜、菜心、节瓜、辣椒、茄子、马铃薯、胡萝卜、莲藕等进行营养成分比较分析,结果表明,象牙菜的Vc含量丰富,可溶性糖和可溶性蛋白质含量较高,而硝酸盐含量极低,是一种营养丰富的水生蔬菜,具有广阔的开发前景。

摘  要:
The experiment was carried out to compare the nutritions of Typha latifolia and some kinds of cultivated vegetables.The results showed that Typha latifolia is rich source of vitamin C,soluble sugar and soluble protein,the content of nitrate is very low.It is a kind of potential aquicolous vegetables to be explored.
