红螯螯虾对3种药物耐受性的研究

摘  要:
研究了红螯螯虾虾苗对二氧化氯、三氯异氰尿酸和福尔马林的耐受性。结果表明 :在水温 2 4~ 2 5℃时 ,虾苗对二氧化氯、三氯异氰尿酸和福尔马林在 2 4h的LC50 分别为 1 6 .30mg/L、1 7.5 0mg/L、1 0 6 7.37mg/L ;48h的LC50 分别为 1 5 .36mg/L、1 5 .49mg/L、743.70mg/L ;安全浓度分别为 4.0 9mg/L、3.1 6mg/L、1 0 8.31mg/L

摘  要:
The tolerance of juvenile of C. quadricarinatus to chlorine dioxide, trichloroisocynuric acid and formalin at 24~25℃ was studied. The results showed that the 24 hours' LC 50 of C. quadricarinatus to chlorine dioxide, trichloroisocynuric acid and formalin were 16.30 mg/L, 17.50 mg/L and 1?067.37 mg/L; the 24 hours' LC 50 were 15.36 mg/L, 15.49 mg/L and 743.70 mg/L; and the safe concentrations were 4.09 mg/L, 3.16 mg/L and 108.31 mg/L, respectively. \;
