镍诱导对小麦幼苗SOD活性和同工酶的影响

摘  要:
以小麦幼苗为试材,采用营养液水培,研究了不同浓度(5、10、20、50、100、130 mg/L)镍处理对小麦幼苗植株生长、SOD活性和SOD同工酶谱的影响。结果表明,镍处理下小麦幼苗SOD1、SOD2和根系SOD1酶带增强,其他SOD同工酶酶带减弱,叶片和根系SOD活性均下降,小麦幼苗生物积累量与SOD活性存在较强的正相关,提示镍处理下,SOD酶带减弱及其引起的SOD活性下降是导致小麦幼苗生长受抑的一个重要原因。

摘  要:
Taking the seedlings of wheat(Triticum aestivum L.)as experimental material,the effects of Ni2+ at different concentration(5,10,20,50,100,130mg/L)on growth,SOD activity and isoforms were studied by the method of hydroponics.The results showed that under nickel treatment,the SOD1 and SOD2 isoforms in leaf and SOD1 isoform in root strengthened obviously compared with the control,while the other SOD isoforms weakened obviously.SOD activities in leaf and root of nickel-treated wheat seedlings decreased.And a positive correlation was found closely between biomass and SOD activity.This indicated that the growth retardation of wheat seedlings exposed to excess nickel was partly attributed to the lower SOD activities which was caused by the weakened SOD isoforms.
