拖拉机驾驶室舒适性满意度情况调查研究

摘  要：
设计了拖拉机驾驶室舒适性满意度调查表,选取了30个典型的拖拉机驾驶员样本,调查了其对拖拉机驾驶室舒适性的评价,并用Excel软件对部分调查数据进行了分析。调查结果显示,样本对拖拉机驾驶室的外观颜色、造型以及内室的仪表、转向盘、指示灯的满意度较高,对座椅、踏板、操纵手柄的满意度较低;"密封性太差"和"夏天太热"是影响驾驶室总体舒适性的主要因素。该调查可为驾驶室的改进设计提供参考。

摘  要：
This paper investigated 30 typical tractor drivers about their satisfaction towards the tractor cab comfort with a drafted questionnaire.Some of the data collected were analyzed in Excel.The results show that these tractor drivers are better satisfied with the tractor cab's molding,color,meter panel,steering wheel and indicator light while less satisfied with the seat,pedals and handles."Bad airproof" and "feel too hot in summer" are the main factors which make the drivers feel uncomfortable when working.This investigation can provide reference for the design improvement of the tractor cab in future.
