基于STAR-CCM+的某型拖拉机驾驶室热舒适性研究

摘  要:
主要运用计算流体力学软件STAR-CCM+对我公司生产的某型动力换挡拖拉机驾驶室的热舒适性进行仿真分析研究。分析过程中,首先对驾驶室内风场进行了试验标定,随后基于该标定模型进行太阳辐射、空调制冷及热舒适分析。通过热舒适性评价指标PMV-PPD结果,对现有驾驶室的热舒适性进行了评估,结果表明,该驾驶室驾驶员处于过热状态,需要调整驾驶室空调进出风口位置,改善整个室内风场分布。

摘  要:
The paper analyzed the driver thermal comfort of a YTO tractor by using STAR-CCM + software. During analysis,first it conducted the experimental calibration for the internal wind field of tractor cabin,analyzed the solar radiation,air conditioning refrigeration and thermal comfort base on the experimental calibration,and then evaluated the thermal comfort of the tractor cabin according to the results of PMV-PPD. It turns out that the tractor cabin is in a state of overheating,the inlet and outlet ports of the air-conditioning need to be adjusted in order to improve the internal wind field distribution.
