摘  要:
排卵是个十分复杂的性状,受遗传和环境因素共同影响。排卵的多少决定绵羊的产羔数,因此关注绵羊的排卵变化,有助于提高绵羊繁殖性能。卵泡生长因子在决定绵羊排卵率和产仔数方面扮演了重要角色。研究表明,BMP15、GDF9和BMPR1B三个卵泡生长因子对卵泡生长发育和生殖功能有重要影响。单基因突变导致绵羊排卵率变化。文章就BMP15、GDF9和BMPR1B三个基因突变对绵羊排卵率的影响及调节卵泡发育候选基因的生物学功能最新进展做一综述。

摘  要:
Ovulation was a complex trait,which was influenced by both genetic and environmental factors. The fecundity of sheep was determined by the number of ovulation. Therefore,the change of ovulation was helpful to improve the reproductive performance of sheep. The ovarian growth factors play a central role in determining ovulation rate and litter size. Three ovarian growth factors of BMP15,GDF9,and BMPR1B gene displayed and critical influence on follicular growth and reproductive function. Single gene mutation led to ovulation rate changes of sheep. The article reviewed the effects of ovulation rate and biological functions of BMP15,GDF9,and BMPR1B gene mutation.
