不同种植地点对超级稻‘宜优673’稻米品质的影响

摘  要:
为了促进超级稻‘宜优673’优质高产栽培,通过2年田间种植试验与稻米品质检测,研究不同种植地点对超级稻‘宜优673’稻米品质各项理化性状的影响。结果表明:不同种植环境下‘宜优673’垩白度差异最为显著,2012、2013年变异系数分别达到69.42%、34.50%;垩白率次之,2年变异系数为37.02%、29.53%;整精米率差异程度居中,2年变异系数为7.28%、10.72%;2012年碱消值、胶稠度和直链淀粉含量变异系数分别为4.22%、4.74%和4.83%,2013年分别为5.73%、7.08%和8.65%,差异较小;2012年糙米率、精米率变异系数分别为1.29%和2.24%,2013年分别为0.90%和2.03%,差异最小。研究还表明:在灌浆期间随着日均温升高有利于‘宜优673’精米率、整精米率的提高,同时直链淀粉降低、糊化温度升高、胶稠度缩短;但是日均温差的增大不利于精米率、整精米率的提高,而且‘宜优673’的垩白有增大的趋势。在全省10个试验点中,福州、莆田和诏安3个试验点‘宜优673’品质表现较好,因此‘宜优673’在福建省东南沿海一线作晚稻种植,能表现出最好的品质性状和商品价值。

摘  要:
In order to promot high grate and yield planting of super rice‘Yiyou 673', through 2 years plantingexperiment and rice-quality test, the study was executed with‘Yiyou 673'as testing materials to explore theinfluence on physico-chemical properties under different planting area. Results showed that chalkness ratewas the most significantly different, CV were 69.42% and 34.50% in 2012 and 2013. Chalky rice rate was thesecond significantly different, CV were 37.02% and 29.53%, head milled rice rate and translucent endospermwere the third significantly different, CV were 7.28% and 10.72%. alkail value and del consistency andamylose content were less significantly different, CV were 4.22%, 4.74% and 4.83% in 2012, CV were 5.73%,7.08% and 8.65% in 2013, brown rice rate and polished rice rate were the least significantly different, CV were1.29% and 2.24% in 2012, CV were 0.90% and 2.03% in 2013. Results also showed that during fructicativeperiod, polished rice rate, head milled rice rate and gel temperature were raised, and amylose content was reduced, and del consistency was shorten with the ascended of average temperature. Chalky rice rate andchalkness rate were increased gradually, polished rice rate and head milled rice rate were reduced with theascended of daily range temperature. Among 10 test sites there are three sites their quality indexes of‘Yiyou673'in Fuzhou, Putian and Zhaoan had high quality.‘Yiyou 673'planting along the coast of South east Chinaon late season had high quality and commodity value.
