摘  要:
试验对重组禽流感病毒H5亚型三价灭活疫苗(Re-6株+Re-7株+Re-8株)免疫SPF鸭后的免疫持续期进行研究。选用14日龄SPF鸭20只,其中10只腿部肌肉免疫灭活疫苗0.5 mL·只~(-1),另10只不接种作为对照组。结果表明,免疫后14 d可以产生免疫力,Re-6株的抗体效价平均值为6.0 log2,Re-7株的抗体效价平均值为6.0 log2,Re-8株的抗体效价平均增值为6.7 log2。免疫后35 d产生的HI抗体效价平均值达到高峰,Re-6株的抗体效价平均值为9.3 log2,Re-7株的抗体效价平均值为9.1 log2,Re-8株的抗体效价平增值为9.3 log2。免疫后120 d,Re-6株的抗体效价平均值为7.0 log2,Re-7株的抗体效价平均增值为7.1 log2,Re-8株的抗体效价平均值为7.5 log2。根据此数据分析,首次免疫的免疫保护期约为120 d。

摘  要:
This study was conducted to investigate the immune persistence of recombinant avian influenza virus H5 Subtype(Re6+Re7+Re8) trivalent inactivated vaccine after immunization with SPF duck. Twenty SPF ducks aged 14 days were selected, the leg muscles of 10 ducks were immune to inactivated vaccine 0.5 mL, and the other 10 ducks were not vaccinated as the control group. The results showed that immunity could be produced in 14 days after immunization.The average value of antibody titer of Re-6 strain was 6.0 log2, the average value of antibody titer of Re-7 strain was 6.0 log2, and the average value of antibody titer of Re-8 strain was 6.7 log2. The average titer of HI antibody reached the peak at 35 days, and the average titer of antibody titer of Re-6 strain was 9.3 log2, the average value of antibody titer of Re-7 strain was 9.1 log2, and the average value of antibody titer of Re-8 strain was 9.3 log2. 120 days after immunization, the average titer of antibody titer of Re-6 strain was 7.0 log2, the average value of antibody titer of H5N1 Re-7 strain was 7.1 log2, and the average value of antibody titer of Re-8 strain was 7.5 log2. According to the data analysis, the immune protection period of the first immunization was about 120 days.
