摘 要:
基于NCBI数据库中的序列信息,我们利用PCR技术克隆到一个毛白杨(Populustomentosa)PtI-AA1基因。序列分析表明PtIAA1cDNA长度为946个碱基,编码一个由258个氨基酸组成的蛋白,该蛋白与PtIAA1、NtIAA28和AtIAA16蛋白的同源性分别高达97%、75%和74%。系统进化分析表明PtIAA1基因可能属于Aux/IAA基因家族中组的成员。与大多数的Aux/IAA基因家族中的基因一样,PtIAA1蛋白是一个短命核蛋白,拥有4个高度保守的区域。

摘 要:
The PtIAA1 gene was amplified from Populus tomentosa based on the sequence information from NCBI database. Sequence analysis indicated that the PtIAA1 cDNA has 964 bp length and encodes a 258-amino acid protein that has 97%, 75% and 74% identity to PtIAA1, NtIAA28 and AtIAA16 respectively. Phylogenic analysis suggests PtIAA1 gene could belong to the group of the Aux/IAA gene family. As same as most of the members of the Aux/IAA gene family, PtIAA1 protein would be a short-lived nuclear protein and also would contain four highly conserved domains
