我国半干面加工技术现状及展望

摘  要:
半干面作为一种新型的面制品,在我国具有非常广阔的市场和前景.结合现阶段国内半干面的工业化加工工艺流程,介绍国内半干面加工技术现状,着重分析目前国内普遍使用的半干面生产设备,指出半干面工业化生产过程中存在的问题及需要解决的关键技术.最后,对我国半干面工业化生产的发展和趋势进行展望.

摘  要:
As a new flour product,semi-dry noodle has a very broad market and prospect in China.This paper introduces the semi-dry noodle's current situation of its processing technology in combination with its industrial process flow.The semi-dry noodle production equipment commonly used in China is analyzed emphatically.Through analysis,it is pointed out that a few problems are existed in the process of semi-dry noodle's industrial production.In order to improve the degree of automation some key technologies need to be addressed at this stage.Finally,the development and trend of China's semi-dry noodle industrial production are prospected in the paper.
