采收期对红景天活性成分的影响

摘  要:
为明确不同采收时期红景天中活性成分的变化规律,针对4种采收时期的西藏红景天,对其不同部位中红景天苷、酪醇、络赛维进行分析.结果表明:红景天苷、酪醇与络赛维主要存在于红景天根部,其次是根皮和茎,叶中仅存在少量的红景天苷.随着采收期的延长,根与茎中红景天苷和络塞维含量均先增加后降低,酪醇并未表现出明显的规律,3种活性成分均在9月中下旬时含量达到最大,因此,9月中下旬是采收西藏红景天的最佳时期.

摘  要:
In order to clarify the changes of active ingredients of Rhodiolal in different harvesting periods,salidroside,tyrosol and rosavir in different parts of Rhodiolal from four harvesting periods were analyzed. The results showed that salidroside,tyrosol and rosavir mainly existed in the roots of Rhodiolal,followed by the bark and stem,and only a small amount of salidroside existed in the leaves. With the extension of harvest time,the contents of salidroside and rosavir in roots and stems increased and then decreased,while tyrosol had no obvious regularity. The contents of three active components reached the maximum in mid-late September. Comprehensive analysis showed that mid-late September was the best harvest time for Rhodiolal in Tibet.
