红景天与黑穗醋栗复合饮料的研制

摘  要:
以红景天、黑穗醋栗等为主要原料,提取其有效成分,添加其他辅助因子,经正交试验确定复合饮料 的最佳配方为:红景天提取液15%、黑穗醋栗果汁20%、蔗糖10%、柠檬酸0.10%。

摘  要:
The compound beverage was produced by extracting the effective compositions of Rhodiola and black current and adding other subsidiaries. The optimal formula for obtaining the beverage derived from the results of an orthogonal test is 15% Rhodiola extract, 20% black current juice, 10% sucrose and 0.10% citric acid.
