摘  要:
综述了近年来脂氧合酶(LOX)在果实后熟衰老过程中的功能研究进展。从LOX对果实采后的品质、生理的影响以及与信号物质的合成及其相关酶的活性等方面分别阐述了LOX在果实衰老中的主要功能,为果实成熟衰老的进一步研究提供理论依据。

摘  要:
Recent advances in function of lipoxygenase(LOX) during fruit ripening were summarized in the paper.Several functions of LOX in fruit quality,postharvest physiology,signal substance biosynthesis and enzyme activities were discussed,in order to provide references for further research on fruit ripening.
