消化能和粗蛋白进食水平对敖汉细毛羊羊毛生长长度的影响

摘  要:
旨在研究消化能和粗蛋白进食水平对敖汉细毛羊羊毛生长长度的影响。采用2因素5水平的随机区组试验设计,将125只2~3岁成年敖汉细毛羊(空怀母羊)分为25个处理组,每组5只羊,分别设计进食85%、100%、115%、130%、145%的维持需要消化能为每kg代谢体重0.549MJ和维持需要粗蛋白为每kg代谢体重3.576g,6个月饲养期,测定羊毛生长长度。结果表明:在85%~145%的维持需要范围内,消化能进食水平与羊毛生长长度存在3次函数回归关系(R>0.99),2个拐点都位于100%和130%维持消化能水平附近,从85%提高至100%维持需要时,羊毛生长长度呈显著提高,平均提高10.70%。从100%提高至130%维持需要时,羊毛生长长度无显著提高。从130%提高至145%维持需要时,羊毛生长长度平均提高4.58%。粗蛋白进食水平与羊毛生长长度存在二次函数回归关系(R>0.86),在不同消化能进食水平下,粗蛋白进食水平从85%提高至115%时,羊毛生长长度均有明显提高,平均提高7.71%;从115%提高至145%时,羊毛生长长度无明显变化。敖汉细毛羊空怀母羊羊毛生长对能量的需求以满足其维持需求为宜,对粗蛋白的需求以维持需求的115%为宜。在本试验设定的处理水平范围内,消化能和粗蛋白进食水平对羊毛生长长度的影响无显著互作效应。

摘  要:
The 5×5 factorial experimental design (5 digestible energy levels by 5 crude protein levels) was used to study the effects of different digestible energy (DE) and crude protein (CP) intake on the wool growth in fiber length of the Aohan fine-wool sheep. 125 2-3 years old un-pregnant adult ewes were randomly divided into 25 treatments with 5 replicates each. They were fed with 25 different dietaries with the combinations of the DE and CP at 85%,100%,115%,130%,and 145% of the maintenance requirement. The amount of wool grown in fiber length during experimental stage was measured six months later. The results showed that,when DE intake ranged from 85% to 145% of the maintenance requirement,there was a cubic regression relationship between DE consumption and amount of the wool growth in fiber length and two inflection points are located nearby 100% and 130% of the maintenance requirement(R>0.99),respectively. Wool growth in fiber length was significantly improved by 10.70% on average,when DE consumption increased from 85% to 100% of the maintenance requirement. However,the wool growth in fiber length had no significant improvement,if DE consumption increased from 100% to 130% of the maintenance requirement. Growth of the wool only raised 4.58% on average when DE consumption increased from 130% to 145% of the maintenance requirement. The regression relationship between CP consumption and wool growth in fiber length looks like a quadratic trend (R>0.86). Wool growth in fiber length significantly increased by 7.71% on average if the CP consumption increased from 85% to 115% of the maintenance requirement. However,there was no increment in wool growth if CP consumption increased from 115% to 145% of the maintenance requirement. DE requirement of wool growth couldn't less than maintenance requirement,and CP requirement of wool growth should be increased by 15% at the basis of the maintenance requirement. The result of this study shows no interaction effects on wool growth in fiber length between DE and CP consumption.
