麝香草酚对猪链球菌2型感染小鼠的抗炎作用

摘  要:
为筛选有效防治链球菌感染的药物,试验研究了麝香草酚对猪链球菌2型(SS2)感染小鼠的抗炎作用:用猪链球菌2型CCVC606菌株亚致死剂量感染小鼠,连续3 d腹腔注射麝香草酚水溶液,观察小鼠临床症状,分析血细胞,采用ELISA方法检测炎性细胞因子,HE染色评价脑、肾及肺组织的病理学变化。结果表明:猪链球菌感染组出现体温升高、精神沉郁、被毛杂乱、体重下降,部分小鼠眼部出现脓性分泌物;而麝香草酚给药组小鼠仅感染初期出现轻微体温升高、精神沉郁,并且麝香草酚能够显著降低链球菌感染小鼠炎性细胞因子IL-6的产生,显著减轻脑、肾及肺组织的病理学损伤,能够缓解机体炎症发展。这说明麝香草酚能够有效抵抗猪链球菌2型感染引起的炎症,具有良好的应用前景。

摘  要:
Mice infection model was designed to test anti-inflammatory effects of thymol on Streptococcus suis type 2( SS2) infection and to provide basis for screening of drugs for effective prevention and treatment of Streptococcal infection. Thymol aqueous solution was intraperitoneally injected to the mice infected with sublethal dose of Streptococcus suis type 2 strain CCVC606,one time a day for three days. Then the observation of clinical signs,analysis of blood cells,detection of inflammatory cytokines using ELISA and the evaluation of histopathological changes of brain,kidney and lung by HE staining were performed. The results show that fever,depression,hair disorder and weight loss appeared in infection group,and purulent secretions in the eyes appeared in partial mice,while mice treated with thymol only showed a slight fever and depression in the early stage of infection.Compared with CVCC606 infection group,the production of inflammatory cytokine IL-6 and the pathological damage degree of brain,kidney and lung tissue were significantly decreased in the thymol-treated mice,alleviating the inflammatory development of the body. Thymol can effectively resist the inflammation caused by Streptococcus suis type 2 infection,thus it has a good application prospect.
