饮酒对大鼠营养摄入和营养状况的影响

摘  要:
目的:研究酒精摄入对大鼠营养摄入、体重和脏器等营养状况的影响。方法:SPF级雌性SD大鼠,8w龄,分为对照组和模型组,以50%的乙醇15m L/(kg·d)灌胃4w造模,对照组给予等剂量蒸馏水,28d后处死大鼠,记录过程中体重、进食量、酒精量、脏器重量等指标。结果:与对照组相比,连续4w摄入酒精能够造成大鼠生活状况改变,模型组大鼠进食饲料重量和蛋白质量明显减少,营养素结构发生了改变,能量合并酒精后总能量摄入在第2w以后的差异无统计学意义,与之对应的是大鼠体重在饮酒早期明显改变,后期无明显差异。在造模结束后,大鼠肝脏、肾脏、心脏、脾脏、卵巢、脑组织等各脏器的质量无明显差异。结论:饮酒4w改变了青年期大鼠的营养结构,并对体重有一定的影响,对脏器质量无明显影响。

摘  要:
【Objective】To study the effects of alcohol intake on nutrition intake and nutritional status in rats. 【Method】SD female rats were randomly divided into control group and model group. All rats were administered with alcohol( 50% v / v) at a dose of 15 m L /( kg·d)intragastrically to induce alcoholic injury,while the rats in the normal group that received equivalent distilled water. Four weeks later,the general state,body weight,food intake,alcohol amount and organ weight of all rats was recorded. 【Result】The continuous alcohol intake could alter the life state of rats. Compared to the control group,rats in model group decreased the food intake and changed the nutrition structure,but the total energy added with alcohol was not different since the second week. With the corresponding,body weight of rats in model group was reduced observably in the first week,then it matched control group. After the administration,no significant difference was observed in the weight of the liver,heart,spleen,ovary,brain and kidney.【Conclusion】Alcohol intake for four weeks could decrease the food intake and changed the nutrition structure,which might be able to affect the body weight but not affect organ weight.
