摘  要：
以籼粳交品种甬优4949为材料进行花药培养,建立了籼粳交DH群体,并对丰产性较好的DH系进行广亲和基因S5n的PCR检测,获得了含有广亲和基因S5n的DH系材料。

摘  要：
DH population was got by anther culture from Yongyou 4949, which is a indica-japonica hybrid rice. The wide compatibility gene S5 nwere detected by PCR in the DH lines with high yield potential and the DH lines with wide compatibility gene S5 nwere obtained.
