鼎湖山锥栗粗死木质残体雨季呼吸特征研究

摘  要:
采用Li-Cor6400-09土壤呼吸测定系统,基于多年气候图谱对于雨季的划分,对鼎湖山自然保护区地带性森林季风常绿阔叶林优势种锥栗(Castanopsis chinensis)进行了雨季粗死木质残体的呼吸速率研究。2009年雨季对锥栗3个腐解等级(Ⅰ、Ⅱ、Ⅲ)粗死木质残体研究结果表明:不同腐解等级粗死木质残体的呼吸速率具有相同的CO2释放特征,即表现为相同的季节变化,其呼吸速率的最大值出现在温度最高的8月。但不同腐解等级间呼吸速率差异显著,变幅范围为1.68~8.64μmol m-2s-1。在树干温度、相对湿度及林内温度等环境因子与呼吸速率的关系表现上,呼吸速率与粗死木质残体树干温度呈正相关(R2>0.70,P<0.001),与树干相对湿度呈负相关(R2>0.69,P<0.001)。Q10值在1.77~4.62间变化,表现为Ⅰ>Ⅲ>Ⅱ。

摘  要:
Measurements of CO2 fluxes released from coarse woody debris(CWD) of Castanopsis chinensis,were conducted with Li-Cor6400-09 soil respiration system and a closed static chamber.Measurements were conducted in the monsoonal evergreen broadleaved forest in Dinghushan natural reserve,south China during the wet season from April to September in 2009.Wet season was defined based on the climate records of Dinghushan from 1994 to 2004.C.chinensis,with three decay class(Ⅰ,Ⅱ,Ⅲ) CWD respiration rates during wet season had a same CO2 emission pattern.The maximum CO2 efflux rates occurred in August,when maximum air temperatures were recorded.Respiration rates varied significantly among the different decay classes,with mean maximum fluxes ranging between 1.68 and 8.64 μ mol·m-2 s-1.Respiration was positively correlated with air temperature of CWD(R2 >0.70,P<0.001) and negatively correlated with relative humidity of CWD(R2 >0.69,P<0.001).The temperature coefficients(Q10) ranged from 1.77 to 4.62 for different decay classes,and Ⅰ>Ⅲ>Ⅱ.
