硝磺草酮的绿色合成

摘  要:
绿色合成新型除草剂硝磺草酮。以2-硝基-4-甲砜基苯甲酸为原料,经氯化、缩合、重排3步反应制得硝磺草酮。氯化反应中氯化剂选用二(三氯甲基)碳酸酯替代常规的氯化亚砜;重排催化剂选用乙腈代替剧毒物质氰化钾、丙酮氰醇。该方法极大的减少了硝磺草酮合成中对环境的伤害,提高了反应中的安全系数,适用于工业化生产。在优化的条件下,最终产品总收率达87.0%,纯度在95.0%以上。

摘  要:
The aim is to synthesize mesotrione a new herbicide environmental-friendly. Mesotrion was synthesized from 2-Nitro-4-methylsulfonylbenzoic acid via chlorination, condensation and rearrangement by three steps. In chlorination reaction, bis(trichloromethyl) carbonate was used instead of conventional thionyl chloride. In rearrangement reaction, acetonitrile was selected as catalyst instead of highly toxic substances potassium cyanide and acetone cyanohydrin. This method,which greatly reduced the damage to the environment and improved the safety factor during the synthesis of mesotrione, is suitable for industrial production. Under optimal conditions, the total yield of mesotrione is 87. 0% and the purity is more than 95. 0%.
