外源硒对稻谷、糙米和精米吸收累积矿质元素及重金属的影响

摘  要:
【目的】探索外源施硒对稻谷、糙米和精米硒含量、矿质元素含量和重金属含量的影响,为水稻生产中合理使用硒肥提供参考依据。【方法】以水稻秋优88为试验材料,设2个基施硒处理和3个叶面喷施期处理(孕穗期、灌浆期、孕穗期和灌浆期),在水稻收获后检测稻谷、糙米和精米中硒、钾、钠、镁、钙、锌、锰、铜、铁、铬、镍、砷、镉、铅含量。【结果】外源硒抑制精米累积钙元素,促进稻谷累积铁元素,对稻谷、糙米和精米中的钾、钠、镁、锌、锰元素的吸收均无明显影响;外源硒不影响稻谷中铜、镉、铬、镍、砷和铅,糙米中砷、镍、铬、铜及精米中铅、镍和铜的富集;但促进糙米对铅、镉及精米对镉、砷和铬的吸收富集,稻谷、糙米和精米样品中铅、镉、砷、铬和铜均未超标,属安全范围;钾、锌、锰、铜、铬、镍和铅的分布规律依次是稻谷>糙米>精米;镁和砷的分布规律依次是糙米>稻谷>精米;锌、铁和镉的分布规律依次是稻谷和糙米>精米。

摘  要:
[Objective] The effects of exogenous selenium on the content of mineral elements and heavy metals in paddy,brown rice and polished rice were explored in order to provide scientific reference for reasonable use of selenium fertilizer in the production of rice. [Methods] Qiuyou 88 was used as the experimental material. Two basal selenium treatments and three foliar spraying stages(booting stage, grain filling stage, booting stage and grain filling stage) were used to detect the content of selenium, potassium, sodium, magnesium, calcium, zinc, manganese, copper, iron, chromium, nickel, arsenic, cadmium and lead content in paddy, brown rice and polished rice. [Results] Exogenous selenium inhibited the accumulation of calcium in polished rice, promoted the accumulation of iron in paddy, and had no significant effect on the absorption of potassium,sodium, magnesium, zinc and manganese in paddy, brown rice and polished rice. Selenium had no effect on the enrichment of copper, nickel, chromium, arsenic and lead in paddy, arsenic, nickel, chromium, copper in brown rice and lead, nickel and copper in polished rice. However, Exogenous selenium promoted the accumulation of lead and cadmium in brown rice and chromium, cadmium, arsenic in rice.But lead, cadmium, arsenic, chromium and copper in paddy, brown rice and polished rice are not excess of the standard. The distribution of potassium, zinc, manganese, copper, chromium, nickel and lead is paddy > brown rice > polished rice, the order of distribution of magnesium and arsenic is brown rice >paddy>polished rice and the distribution of zinc, iron and cadmium was followed by paddy and brown rice > polished rice.
