氯硝柳胺和COS对牡蛎的急性毒性试验

摘  要:
通过毒性试验的方法,研究了不同浓度的氯硝柳胺及一种植物提取物—COS对牡蛎的急性毒性作用。结果表明,2种毒物对牡蛎的半致死浓度都随着时间的增加而逐渐降低,氯硝柳胺的半致死浓度为:0.23、0.15、0.14、0.13 mg/L。COS的半致死浓度为:2132、1511、968、709 mg/L。氯硝柳胺对牡蛎的毒性大于COS,氯硝柳胺的安全浓度为0.019 mg/L,是COS的1 350倍,属于高毒性药物。

摘  要:
In this paper,the toxic effects of 2 drugs(Niclosamide,COS) on oysters were studied. The results showed that the 24h,48h,72h,96h of the two drugs on oysters were as followed, Niclosamide:0.23 mg/L,0.15 mg/L,0.14 mg/L, 0.13 mg/L;COS:2 132 mg/L,1511 mg/L,968 mg/ L,709 mg/L.At last,the toxicity of the two drugs was compared,The acute toxicity of the two drugs on oysters was Niclosamide,the safety of the concentration of Niclosamide is 0.019 mg/L,it is 1 350 times than COS,a highly toxic drug.
