紫外-可见分光光度法测定福菊和杭菊中总黄酮及绿原酸含量

摘  要:
以芦丁和绿原酸为标准品,以NaNO2-Al(NO3)3-NaOH为显色体系,采用紫外分光光度计法测定了福菊和杭菊中总黄酮和绿原酸的含量。结果表明,福菊和杭菊的总黄酮含量分别为26.5g/kg和55.20g/kg;绿原酸的含量分别为2.93 g/kg和3.15 g/kg。通过比较福菊和杭菊中有效成分含量的差别,为中药菊花的开发提供科学依据。

摘  要:
The contents of total flavonoids and chlorogenic acid in chrysanthemum`machengfubaiju and Chrysanthemum morifolium were determined by UV-Vis spectrophotometry respectively in which rutin and chlorogenic acid used as the standard and NaNO2-Al(NO3)3-NaOH as the color reagent.The results showed that the contents of total flavonoids in chrysanthemum`machengfubaiju and Chrysanthemum morifolium were 26.5 g/kg and 55.20 g/kg respectively,and the contents of chlorogenic acid in chrysanthemum`machengfubaiju and Chrysanthemum morifolium were 2.93 g/kg和3.15 g/kg respectively.In a conclusion,this work provided a scientific basis for developing the traditional Chinese medicine Chrysanthemum.
