金定鸭谷草转氨酶同工酶的研究

摘  要:
本文研究了金定鸭谷草转氨酶同工酶,结果表明,在聚丙烯酰胺凝胶电泳中可将其区分成两种形式的同工酶(S—GOT,M—GOT)。该同工酶在薄层等电聚焦电泳中,M—GOT可再区分为两条电泳带,S—GOT 则被区分为8条区带。它们的等电点范围分别在PH 8.4~7.9和7.4~5.9之间。同工酶在各组织器官中的分布有明显的不同,其总活力由大到小的顺序分别为心脏>肝>脑>胸肌>腿肌>肾。

摘  要:
In the paper, the GOT isozymes are described for Jinding Duck (Anas platryrhy-nchos domestica L.) . The two isozymic forms (souluble GOT, mitochondrial GOT) of GOT are clearly delineated in polyacryamide gel electrophoresis, but this two isozymic forms of GOT was divided into 8 and 2 bands by thin layer isoelectric focusing electrophoresis repectively. Their isoelectric points are in the range of pH 8.4-7.9 and 7.4-5.9. The zymogram distribution of GOT isozymes in a number of tissues show a sharp difference. The total activity sequence of GOT is hearf>liver>brain>breast muscle>Ieg muscle>kidney.
