轮式装载机工作装置仿真设计与强度分析

摘  要:
本文结合了传统的图解法,进行了ZL50型轮式装载机的工作装置的路径规划,利用三维Creo Paramatic软件设计了装载机的反转六杆机构的工作装置。对工作装置进行受力分析,通过Creo Simulate 3.0软件完成了工作装置中一级二级部件的力学仿真与强度校核。在保证各构件之间在整个作业过程中没有干涉的情况下,确定了各个铰接点的连接点位置,满足了最大卸载高度的设计要求。

摘  要:
Combined traditional graphic method, it is carried out on the trajectory path of ZL-50 wheel loader working device in this paper.The wheel loader working device of reverse six-bar mechanism is modeled by three-dimensional Creo Paramatic software. The force analysis of the working device is out,analyze the work of a mechanical device in two parts simulation and strength check by Creo Simulate 3.0 software. No interference between the components in the whole operation process, the wheel loader working device determined on the position of each joint point, which can meet the design requirements of the maximum unloading height.
