摘 要:
为评价装载机可修复配套件可靠性是否满足整机的要求 ,根据装载机配套件与整机之间的可靠性关系 ,确定相对失效率为评价指标。根据搜集到的国内 2家企业生产的ZL5 0装载机及其配套件在三包服务期内的故障数据 ,利用随机过程理论 ,在现有的整机可靠性水平下 ,计算出被评价配套件应达到的可靠性水平λi(t) ,将配套件现有的可靠性预测值 ^λi(t)与λi(t)相比较 ,从而做出被评价配套件可靠性水平能否满足要求的结论。采用上述评价方法对配套件 (发动机 )进行了评价和分析 ,结果表明该评价方法简单、易行 ,有明确的结论 ,适于生产企业运用。

摘 要:
In order to evaluate whether the reliability of repairable cooperatively-manufactured-wheel-loader-parts(CMWLP)meets the need of loader. According to reliability relation between the CMWLP and loader, relative failure rate was defined as the evaluation index The new evaluation method was brought forward in this paper. The relative failure rate ω i between evaluated CMWLP and similar advanced loader was applied to evaluate whether the CMWLP reliability level met the need of loader. On the basis of the failure data of ZL50 loader and the CMWLP of two enterprises during warranty period. By applying the random process theory, the required failure rate λ i(t) of the CMWLP was calculated in the case of available loader reliability. Reliability prediction value i(t) (available reliability level) of the CMWLP was compared with λ i(t). Using the aforementioned evaluation method, reliability conditions of the ZL50 CMWLP (engines) of two enterprises was evaluated and analyzed in the paper. The results showed that this new evaluation method was simple, easy correct, very applicable, and had a relative failure rate.
