旋耕机受侧载整体协调变形模型初探

摘  要:
通过对旋耕机受侧向载荷时的分析,建立了旋耕机受侧载模型,得出该模型是静不定系统。运用有限元方法分析计算了侧边箱与右侧板在受不同侧载下的侧向变形量,由此较系统地讨论了承受各种侧载下的删向变形情况,得到了旋耕机系统不均匀承载、不均匀变形的结论。计算结果表明,侧板与侧边箱变形量接近,但承载量后者占98%以上。

摘  要:
After analysis, the paper established the model of rotary plow under lateral loads. The model was a statically indeterminate system. By means of FEM method, the deformation of side gearbox and right side board was calculated. Thus the lateral deformation of rotary plow under different kinds of lateral loads was discussed systematically. The result that the rotary plow system would bear the loads and deform unequally was obtained. The calculation also indicated that the lateral deforming values of side board and side gearbox were approximate. But more than 98 percent of the loads would be born by the side gearbox.
