摘  要:
传统的经验设计法往往造成旋耕机结构笨重、应力分布不合理且动特性不佳。作者利用有限元分析和模态试验相结合的方法建立了可靠的有限元计算模型,并对1G-175旋耕机进行了改进设计,获得了质量轻、结构应力分布合理且动特性好的改进机型1G-175A。

摘  要:
According to the traditional experimental designing method, the rotary tiller is made very heavy, the stress distribution is improper and the dynamic characteristic of the structure is not very well. In this paper, the reliable finite element model is built by combining the finite element analysis method and modal analysis test. The structure of rotary tiller 1G-175 is improved and the light-weight revised type 1G-175A is obtained which has proper stress distribution and fine dynamic characteristics.
