水稻芽种直播机虚拟样机设计与分析

摘  要:
为了降低研制成本,缩短研制周期,采用Solidworks设计水稻芽种直播机的虚拟样机。同时,对其排种器进行仿真分析,验证运动的可行性和合理性,得出推种杆推种端的运动参数,为下一步对芽种的充种和投种过程的仿真分析取得初始参数。对主梁的有限元静强度分析表明,采用两根Φ32×2.5的无缝钢管做主梁强度足够,危险部位在主梁前端下部处。分析结果可为物理样机制造提供参考。

摘  要:
To reduce cost of manufacture,shorten of research,time,the direct seeder based on Solidworks software was designed.By simulation analysis the metering device,it's workable and rational was test,and kinematic diagram of the seed roller in simulating was accepted.the main beam enunciated quiet strength of the main beam is enough by FEA test.The dangerous part is in the head and infrastructure of the main beam.
