术苦芩颗粒对湿热泻痢仔猪血清D-木糖、淀粉酶及脂肪酶的影响

摘  要:
为了观察中药复方术苦芩颗粒对湿热泻痢仔猪血清D-木糖、淀粉酶及脂肪酶的影响,将60头仔猪随机分为6组:空白组、模型组、阳性药物组、术苦芩颗粒高、中、低剂量组,每组10头;利用湿热环境、细菌侵袭等恶劣环境人工复制仔猪湿热泻痢模型;观察猪只体征变化,采用间苯三酚法测血清D-木糖、ELISA法测脂肪酶与淀粉酶。结果湿热泻痢仔猪血清D-木糖含量、淀粉酶活性及脂肪酶活性改变,术苦芩颗粒可明显改善其临床症状,治愈湿热泻痢仔猪,促进仔猪D-木糖吸收和恢复淀粉酶、脂肪酶的活性。表明术苦芩颗粒可有效治疗仔猪湿热泻痢,并改善仔猪小肠的消化吸收功能。

摘  要:
This experiment was designed to observe the effect of Chinese medicine compound Zhukuqin Granules on serum D-xylose,amylase and lipase levels in the piglets of damp-heat and diarrhea syndrome. 60 Rongchang piglets were randomly divided into six groupswith 10 piglets in each group:nature control group,model group,positive drug group, Zhukuqin Granules low-dose group,medium-dosegroup and high-dose group;Damp-heat and diarrhea syndrome of Rongchang piglets model was established in the hot,humid and bacterialenvironment;sympiomatic changes of piglets in each group were observed,D-xylose levels in serum was measured by phloroglucinol method,amylase and lipase levels in serum measure by ELISA. D-xylose,amylase and lipase levels in serum of Damp-heat and diarrhea syndromepiglets changed;Zhukuqin Granules could improve the symptoms of model piglets,promote D-xylose absorption and restore the levelsof amylase and lipase in serum. Zhukuqin Granules could treat damp-heat and diarrhea syndrome and improve the intestinal digestionand absorption function of piglets.
