温湿度对胭脂虫生长的影响

摘  要:
[目的]研究温湿度对胭脂虫雌虫生长的影响。[方法]以墨西哥米邦塔仙人掌为寄主植物,分别设置不同的温度梯度和湿度梯度培养胭脂虫,测定不同温度和湿度对雌成虫虫体重量的影响。[结果]在温度25℃湿度80%时,胭脂虫生长最好,胭脂虫活虫重和干虫重最大。[结论]为胭脂虫的养殖和胭脂红色素的提取提供理论依据。

摘  要:
[Objective]The aim was to study effection of temperature and relative humidity on the development of female Dactylopius coccus costa.[Method] Using Opuntia Milpa Alta of Mexico as material,Dactylopius coccus Costa was cultured to determine effection of different temperature and relative humidity on the weight of female adult worms.[Result]The results showed that living body weight and dry body weight of female adult were greater and Dactylopius coccus costa developed better in 25 ℃ and 80%of relative humidity than others.
