摘要：

林浆纸供应链上各节点企业承担风险差异较大,传统基于贡献率的收益分配方式存在明显的局限性。借助AHP法对林浆纸三级供应链的营林企业、造纸企业和分销企业的风险值权重进行测算。在此基础上,提出了按照风险实际承担大小,运用修正Shapley值法对其收益结构进行调节,更公平地将林浆纸供应链分配实践。

摘要：

There is a big difference in the risk of each node enterprise in the forestry pulp paper supply chain. The traditional income distribution method based on contribution rate has obvious limitations. The paper used AHP method to measure the risk value weight of forestry, papermaking and distribution enterprises in the three-stage forestry pulp paper supply chain. On this basis, it proposed suggestions to adjust the income structure according to the actual risk-taking size and used the modified Shapley value method to distribute the forestry pulp paper supply chain more fairly.
