三种甘草渣甘草黄酮含量及其抗氧化活性比较研究

摘  要:
对新疆产三种甘草渣中甘草黄酮含量及其抗氧化活性进行了比较研究,结果表明:胀果甘草渣和乌拉尔甘草渣中总黄酮含量及其抗氧化活性基本相当并明显高于光果甘草渣。提取温度对不同品种甘草渣甘草黄酮提取率和抗氧化活性有显著影响,同一种甘草渣在不同温度提取时,甘草黄酮提取率和抗氧化活性不呈现正相关关系。

摘  要:
Content and antioxidant activity of licorice flavoloids from residues of Glycyrrhiza spp.were investigated.It showed that the content and antioxidant activity of flavoloids of G.uralensis Fisch.and G.inflate Bat were much more than that of G.glabra L..Temperature greatly affected the extracting rate and antioxidant activity of the total flavoloids while the highest extracting rate and the best antioxidant can not be obtained in a certain temperature.
