甘薯糖蛋白的氨基酸组成分析

摘  要:
对甘薯糖蛋白进行提取,并利用DEAE-52纤维素柱层析和丙烯葡聚糖凝胶S300柱层析对其进行纯化,分别得到4个级分的纯品,并对其氨基酸组成成分进行了测定。

摘  要:
The extraction technology of sweet potato glycoprotein was studied.It was then purifie by DEAE-Cellulose-52 and Sephecryl S300,and 4 grades of sweet potato glycoprotein were obtained.The amino acid composition of sweet potato glycoprotein was analyzed.
