番茄叶霉病拮抗放线菌菌株A-10的鉴定

摘  要:
对分离自东北蔬菜保护地土壤的1株番茄叶霉病拮抗放线菌菌株A-10进行了形态学、培养特征及生理生化分析。鉴定结果表明:放线菌A-10除在ISP4培养基上不生长之外,在大多数培养基上生长良好,基内菌丝无横隔,不断裂,气生菌丝体形成孢子链,孢子丝呈波曲、直形或形成单环。上述特征与纤维素链霉菌(Streptomyces cellulosae)高度相似。聚类分析结果表明,二者的16S rDNA序列的相似性达到了99%。因此,可将链霉菌A-10定名为纤维素链霉菌A-10(Streptomyces cellulosaeA-10)。

摘  要:
The morphological,cultural,physiological and biochemical characteristics of the strain A-10 isolated from the soil samples collected from greenhouse in the northeast of China were analyzed.The strain A-10 grew well in most culture media except in ISP4 medium.The substrate mycelia have no branch,the aerial mycelia become the spore chain and the spore chain bears wave,straight or single ring forms.The results showed that all these characteristics were very similar to those of Streptomyces cellulosae.Homology analysis showed that its 16S rDNA sequence has the identity of 99% with 16S rDNA of S.cellulosae.Accordingly,the strain A-10 could be named as S.cellulosae A-10.
