低聚异麦芽糖和酵母细胞壁对中华鳖肠道菌群的影响

摘  要:
[目的]探讨低聚异麦芽糖和酵母细胞壁对中华鳖生长及肠道菌群的影响。[方法]将试验鳖分成5组,分别连续投喂基础饲料、添加酵母细胞壁的饲料、添加低聚异麦芽糖的饲料、联合添加酵母细胞壁和低聚异麦芽糖的饲料、间隔投喂添加酵母细胞壁和低聚异麦芽糖的饲料,然后对其肠道内好氧及兼性厌氧细菌的数量和组成进行研究。[结果]饲料中添加酵母细胞壁或低聚异麦芽糖对提高中华鳖体重无显著性影响,但饲料中联合添加酵母细胞壁和低聚异麦芽糖可显著提高中华鳖的存活率,单独添加则对存活率影响不显著。中华鳖肠道中以弗氏柠檬酸杆菌及少动鞘氨醇单胞菌为主,含有少量肺炎克雷伯氏菌和嗜水气单胞菌,投喂添加酵母细胞壁或低聚异麦芽糖的饲料可显著降低肠道内细菌的含量,其主要减少弗氏柠檬酸杆菌的含量,并在一定程度上可提高少动鞘氨醇单胞菌的含量,而对肺炎克雷伯氏菌和嗜水气单胞菌含量影响不显著。[结论]该研究可为低聚异麦芽糖和酵母细胞壁在中华鳖养殖中的科学应用及开发绿色环保添加剂提供理论依据。

摘  要:
[Objective]The research aimed to study the effects of isomaltose hypgather and yeast cell wall on intestinal microflora of softshelled turtle.[Method]The experimental soft-shelled turtles were divided into five groups,continually fed with a basis feed,a feed added yeast cell wall,a feed added isomaltose hypgather,a feed added yeast cell wall and isomaltose hypgather jointly,or a feed added yeast cell wall and isomaltose hypgather intervally,respectively.Then the number and composition of soft-shelled turtles'intestinal aerobic and facultative anaerobic bacteria were studied.[Result]The results showed that feed added yeast cell wall,or isomaltose hypgather had no significant impact on raising soft-shelled turtle body weight.But the feed jointly added yeast cell wall and isomaltose hypgather could significantly improve the survival rate of the soft-shelled turtles,while separately adding had no significant effects on the survival rate.The Chinese soft-shelled turtles'intestine mainly contained Citrobacter freundii,Sphingomonas paucimobilis,and a small amount of Klebsiella pneumoniae,Aeromonas hydrophila.The feed added yeast cell wall or isomaltose hypgather could significantly reduce the levels of gut bacteria,which primarily reducing the amount of Citrobacter freundii,and to some extent,improving Sphingomonas paucimobilis,having no significant effects on the amount of Klebsiella pneumoniae and Aeromonas hydrophila.[Conclusion]This study could provide theoretical references for the scientific application of isomaltose hypgather and yeast cell wall to the breeding of soft-shelled turtle,and for the exploiture of environmental protection additives.
