摘 要:
本实验以去皮火麻籽为原料,根据AOAC(Association of Official Analytical Chemists)方法做三组平行实验测含油量,高达45%。采用多种酶,Protex 6L、Protex 7L、Alcalase 2.4L、Viscozyme L、八宝威2X对火麻仁原料进行水解,提取游离油,油得率分别是3.62%、36.88%、17.05%、50.98%、33.33%。实验以不同酶条件下分别得到的乳状液、水解液、沉淀中油含量作为分析依据,选出最优的酶,即Viscozyme L酶,以游离油得率为指标用响应面法进行了优化。确定最优水酶法提取火麻仁游离油工艺条件为:加酶量1%,酶解温度60℃,pH为5,此条件下火麻籽游离油得率为51.09%。由F检验可以得到因子贡献率为:x_1> x_3> x_2,即加酶量>pH>酶解温度。

摘 要:
In this experiment,the peeled fire hempseed were used as raw materials.Oil content according to the Association of Official Analytical Chemists method,three sets of parallel measurements,up to 45%.We choose five kinds of different characteristics enzymes which are Protex 6 L,Protex 7 L,Alcalase 2.4 L,Viscozyme L and Babaowei 2 X to do hydrolysis experiment,the free oil yield are 3.62%,36.88%,17.05%,50.98%,33.33%.The oil contents obtained from emulsions,hydrolysis solution and precipitation under different conditions were used as an analyze data.Choose the best enzymes Viscozyme L.The free oil rate as the index with using response surface method to do optimization.Determine the optimal water semi-bionic extraction fire free oil for cannabis process conditions were:enzyme amount 1%,hydrolysis temperature 60 ℃,enzymolysis time 3 h,solid-liquid ratio is 1∶ 6,pH 5.0.Under the conditions,the yield of free oil of hemp seed is 51.09%.By the F test,a factor contribution rate is obtained:x_1>x_3>x_2,the enzyme concentration > pH > hydrolysis temperature.
