单瓣茉莉腋芽萌发研究

摘  要:
以广西横县茉莉花种植品种单瓣茉莉带腋芽茎段为外植体,研究灭菌处理、取材季节及6-BA浓度对腋芽萌发的影响。结果表明,较适宜的灭菌处理为外植体用0.1%升汞(加吐温-80)处理16 min,污染率为16%;不同时期取材的外植体灭菌试验中,初夏季节取材效果最好;诱导腋芽萌发较适宜的培养基为MS+6-BA 3.0 mg/L+NAA 0.2 mg/L,外植体萌发率最高为63%。

摘  要:
Taking axillary buds stem segments of Jasminum sambac planting species of Guangxi as explants to research the effect of different sterilization treatments, different seasons of taking explants and different concentration of 6-BA on the axillary buds germination.The results indicated that the proper disposal with the explants were sterilized with 0.1% HgCl2liquor addedby tween-80 for 16 min.With this treatment, the contamination rate was 16%. In different seasons of taking explants experimentation, it showed that early summer for taking explants was the best period. The proper culture medium for germinating of axillary buds was MS+6-BA 3.0 mg/L+NAA 0.2mg/L, and the germination rate of axillary buds could reach 63.0%.
