摘  要:
碱性脂肪酶型时间-温度指示卡是通过反应体系的pH的变化来指示时间和温度的累积效应,因此,需要一种指示剂来指示反应体系的颜色变化。试验通过测定指示剂在不同pH缓冲溶液中的L*、a*和b*的变化,选择适合时间-温度指示卡反应体系的指示剂,并最终确定反应体系酚红-酚酞-百里酚酞混合指示剂为所需要的指示剂。

摘  要:
The time-temperature integrated indicator indicated the effects of accumulation of time and temperature through the change of the pH-value of reaction system,so a kind of indicator was necessary to indicate the change of reaction system color.By measuring the change of L,a* and b* of different buffer solutions which were added indicator,a mixture indicator which contained phenol red,phenolphthalein,and thymolphthalein was selected.
