摘  要:
为了探究指示剂的种类、用量以及和pH对EDTA络合法测定碳酸钙结果的影响,通过建立8种指示剂的回归曲线,研究不同pH条件下、10种指示剂的显色以及14种指示剂不同用量对测定碳酸钙含量消耗EDTA量的影响。结果表明,8种指示剂均能较好反映滴定溶液中碳酸钙含量间的关系,拟合曲线R2均大于0.999;指示剂种类及其用量不同,消耗的EDTA使用液量也不相同,且在不同pH条件下,指示剂所显示的颜色不同,从而影响滴定结果;使用络合滴定法测定碳酸钙浓度时,以溶液中碳酸钙的质量浓度低于0.5%为宜,紫尿酸胺-萘酚绿B作为指示剂用于EDTA络合法滴定优于其他指示剂。

摘  要:
Calcium carbonate is an important substance in chemistry and medicine,the primary constituent of mollusk shells and it plays an important role as an ecological carbon sink. The content of calcium carbonate is determined primarily by complexometric titration of calcium ions( Ca~(2+)) with disodium ethylenediaminetetraacetic acid( Na2EDTA) after acid dissolution of calcium carbonate. The method is simple and fast,but the titration endpoint is influenced by pH and choice of indicator. To investigate the effects of indicator,indicator concentration and pH on the complexometric determination of calcium carbonate,three experiments were carried out.( 1) Regression curves using eight indicators were obtained for EDTA consumption during the titration of calcium,using the same sample volume and different calcium concentrations.( 2) The variation in endpoint color change with pH was studied for ten indicators at five pH values( 8,9,10,11,12,12. 75).( 3) EDTA consumption was determined in the titration of calcium using three dosage levels of fourteen indicators. Results show that the standard curves for all eight indicators well express the relation between consumption of EDTA and content of calcium carbonate,with R2 of all fitted functions > 0. 999. During the titration process,the indicator color varied with pH and EDTA consumption varied with the type and dosage of indicator,thus affecting the calcium determination. For complexometric determination of calcium carbonate,the optimal mass concentration of calcium carbonate is < 0. 5% and murexidenaphthol green B and Eriochrome Black T are the recommended indicators,and the optimal dosage is 14. 34 m L.
