农民创业活跃度影响农民收入的区域差异分析——基于1997—2009年的省际面板数据的实证研究

摘  要：
文章基于1997—2009年的省际面板数据研究了我国各区域农民创业活跃度对农民人均收入的影响效应。实证研究表明,各区域之间农民创业活跃度对农民收入的影响存在显著差异,除西部地区外,东中部地区的农民创业活跃度对农民人均收入具有显著的促进作用,东中部地区的农民创业对农民人均收入的影响系数分别为0.01414、0.006238。据此,文章分析并解释了各区域存在差异的原因,并进一步提出各地区应根据各自的经济发展水平、产业结构与资源禀赋状况制定合理政策促进农民创业的建议。

摘  要：
This paper aims to demonstrate the relationship of regional differences between farmers' entrepreneurship and the growth of farmers' per capita income by using the panel data of 30 provinces(including municipalities,autonomous regions) from 1997 to 2009 in China.The relevant tests indicate that there are significant differences in regions among farmers' entrepreneurship effect.Except the west region,entrepreneurship of the east,the middle region farmers has the remarkable simulative effect to their per capita income,the influence coefficients are 0.01414,0.006238.Accordingly,the article analyzes and explains the reason for the differences between the areas,and proposes the regions should formulate reasonable policy in promoting farmers' entrepreneurship based on their economic development level,industrial structure and recourses condition.
