摘 要:
将延绳法养殖的蛎苗分离成单体,以30、50、70、90个/层的密度梯度分别装入扇贝养殖笼中,定期取样测量壳长、壳宽、体积、质量、出肉率五项指标,并与同期采用延绳方法养殖的牡蛎苗种比较。结果表明,11月至第二年5月,各密度梯度笼养牡蛎以及延绳方法养殖蛎苗生长情况对比无明显差异,6—8月,以30、50个/层的密度笼养牡蛎各项指标与70、90个/层和延绳养殖的牡蛎相比差异显著(P<0.05)。据此,将牡蛎养殖分成两段,蛎苗前期采用延绳式养殖方法,翌年4、5月份,蛎苗壳长至4cm时,将延绳养殖牡蛎分离成单体以30~50/层的密度装入扇贝笼养殖,可取得较好的养殖效果。

摘 要:
The spats of oyster on raft ropes were separated into monomers and cultured by cultchless spats in the scallop net bags at a stocking density of 30individuals/tier,50individuals/tier,70individuals/tier,and 90individuals/tier.The shell height,shell length,volume,wet body weight and dressing percentage of the oyster were measured,being compared those in the oyster cultured by long rope raft at the same period.The results showed that there were no significant differences in growth performances between the oyster in the cultchless culture at different stocking density and the oyster in the rope method from November to May of the next year.From April to August,however,there were significant differences in growth performances between the oyster in the cultchless culture between stocking densities of 30 individuals/tier and 50individuals/tier and other stocking densities(P<0.05).Thus,the oyster culture was divided into two stages,first oyster culture by rope rafts,and then in the April of the following year when the oyster juveniles had shell length of 4cm,the juveniles on the ropes were separated into monomers,and then cultured in the cultchless scallop net bag at a density of 30~50individuals/tier,with good growth performance.
