用肾上腺素诱导单体近江牡蛎苗的研究

摘  要:
利用肾上腺素(EPI)来诱导近江牡蛎眼点幼虫产生单体牡蛎苗。首先对眼点幼虫占80%~90%幼虫群体,采用不同浓度的EPI(1.0×10-5 M、5×10-5 M、1×10-4 M、5×10-4 M、1.0×10-3 M、5×10-3 M)持续处理3h;其次对眼点幼虫占20%~30%、50%~60%和80%~90%幼虫群体,在最佳EPI浓度下,持续诱导3h;然后对眼点幼虫占80%~90%幼虫群体,在最佳EPI浓度下,持续诱导1h、2h、3h、4h、5h、6h;同时进行了相同密度下,单体牡蛎和固着牡蛎的生长变化的比较。实验结果表明:当眼点幼虫出现80%~90%时,EPI浓度为10-4 M时,持续诱导3h,得到了最高的不固着变态率,为(60.0±4.8)%;相同密度下,附着牡蛎苗生长快于单体牡蛎苗。

摘  要:
Culthless oysters of Crassostrea ariakensis were induced by Epinephrine after the eyespots were founded.The larvae groups with 80%~90% being eyespot larvae were treated with different EPI concentrations(1.0×10-5 M,5×10-5 M,1×10-4 M,5×10-4 M,1.0×10-3 M,5×10-3 M)for 3h.The larvae groups,in which the eyespot larvae accounted for 20%~30%,50%~60% and 80%~90%respectively,were treated by EPI solution(1×10-4)for 3h.The larvae group with 80%~90% being eyespot larvae was induced by the best concentration of EPI for different duration time(1h,2h,3h,4h,5h,6h).After that,the culthless spats were cultured in an equipment for culturing culthless oyster for 24 h.Spats of both culthless and attached oysters were cultured in the same equipment.The result showed that culthless oysters' rate was the highest(60.0±4.8)% under the condition of 80%~90% eye-larvae,5×10-4 M,durition time 3h.In the aspect of growth,compared with the attached spats of the same desinty,the culthless spats had not an advantage.
