桑叶挥发性成分的静态顶空-气相色谱-质谱分析

摘  要:
基于为桑树的生理生态、病虫害防治及家蚕的取食生理机制研究提供基础实验方法与数据的目的,采用静态顶空-气相色谱-质谱联用技术检测并分析比较了实生桑及桑品种鲁7946和农桑14号的桑叶挥发性成分。在供试的实生桑和桑品种的桑叶中都检测鉴定出超过30种挥发性化合物,主要为烃(烷烃和烯烃)、醇(酮)和酯类物质,实生桑及不同桑品种桑叶中的挥发物成分和比例不同,其共有成分的种类占50%左右。推测其共有成分为桑叶的一般性挥发物,而一些特异成分则属于检测桑叶样品中高度特异性的挥发物。

摘  要:
In order to provide basic experimental data for studies on mulberry physiology and ecology,mulberry pest control and silkworm's feeding physiological mechanism,a static headspace-gas chromatography(GC)-mass spectrometry(MS) technology was employed to detect and analyze leaf volatile components of three mulberry cultivars as seedling mulberry,Lu 7946 and Nongsang 14.More than 30 kinds of volatile components were detected and identified in each of the three cultivars.The main components identified were alkanes(alkenes),alcohols(ketones) and esters.The difference of volatile components and contents among the three cultivars was obvious and the common components among them were only about 50%.It is inferred that the common components are general volatile substances and the special components are highly specific volatile substances in mulberry leaves.
