菊苣氮钾施用量和肉质根无土软化栽培方式

摘  要：
以大根种菊苣为试材,研究了3个氮素水平(以N素计,N1,N2,N3分别为69,138,207 kg/hm2)和2个钾素水平(以K2O计,K1,K2分别为135,270 kg/hm2)共6个施肥处理对根株生长、肉质根形成和生长相关性的影响.结果表明,施用量为N3和K2的处理叶丛生长旺盛,肉质根形成充分,根体匀称,产量最高,总体表现最佳.在试验范围内,提高N,K施用量,可以提高肉质根的产量和肉质根、叶丛质量比.试验还探讨了肉质根留叶柄(3 cm)和茎基全切、河沙基质和混合基质对软化栽培效果的影响.结果表明,肉质根留叶柄优于茎基全切,河沙基质优于混合基质.4种软化方式中,以留叶柄+河沙软化方式最佳,其肉质根所贮养分转化充分,芽球产量最高,品质好,是一种简单、实用的无土软化栽培方式.

摘  要：
There N level (N1,N2,N3 are 69,138 and 207 kg/hm2 respectively ,accounted as N)and two K level (K1,K2 are 135 and 270 kg/hm2 respectively , accounted as K2O)form six N,K fertilizer application treat ments.Effects of six treatments on plant growth,fleshy root development and growth correlation of chicory (cultivar“big fleshy root”)are studied.The experiment showst hat fertilizer application of N3 and N2 rusults in vigorous leaves,full-formed and well-distributed fleshy root and the highest yield. It is the best one in general. In the experiment,with increase of N or K fertilizer supplied,the output of fleshy root and the ratio of fleshy root to leaves increase too.Effects of fleshy root with 3 cm-long leafstalks or without leaves,and sand medium or mixed medium on blanching culture without soil are also studied.The result indicates sand medium is better than mixed medium,and fleshy root with 3 cm-long leafstalks is better than those of all leaves are cut off completely.Among 4 ways of blanching culture,the one which fleshy root with leafstalks and blanched in sand medium brings about the best ending,it leads to abundant transformation of fleshy root nutrition,the highest yield and good quality of gemmule.It is a simple but practical way of soilless and blanching culture of chicory.
