FTA前景下金砖五国农业生产与农产品贸易

摘  要：
金砖国家是目前世界上极具发展潜力的经济体,五国之间的合作机制日益完善。金砖国家建立自贸区将会促进五国经济合作的进一步发展,探索金砖国家FTA(自由贸易协定)对农业的影响,具有前瞻性意义。采用GTAP模型(全球贸易分析模型)模拟分析金砖国家建立自由贸易区对五国农产品贸易的影响。结果显示,中国多数农产品品种产出将下降,而且表现为贸易逆差扩大,但是中国总福利将提高,经济进一步增长;巴西将是农业受益最大的国家;俄罗斯、印度和南非具有比较优势的农产品将获得积极影响。

摘  要：
The BRICS have become the most potential emerging economies at present,and the cooperation mechanism among BRICS increasingly becomes better.The establishment of free trade zone among BRICS will improve their further economic cooperation development,and it is useful to explore the impact of BRICS FTA on BRICS' agricultural sectors.In this paper the GTAP model was used to simulate the impact of BRICS FTA on their agricultural trade.It showed that the production would decline for most varieties of China's agricultural products and the trade deficit would expand,but total benefits and economics would increase in China;Brazil's agricultural sectors would get the greatest benefits;agricultural products having comparative advantage would be positively affected in Russia,India and South Africa.
