摘  要:
[目的]通过优化QuEChERS样品前处理方法,建立一种快速测定蔬菜中6-苄基腺嘌呤残留量的高效液相色谱法。[方法]样品经1%(体积分数)乙酸-乙腈提取,无水硫酸镁盐析分层,N-丙基-乙二胺(PSA)和C18粉净化后直接进样分析。以甲醇和0.1%乙酸水溶液(体积比35∶65)为流动相,采用Waters Symmetry ShieldC18色谱柱分离,检测波长为267nm。[结果]该方法0.50~10.00mg/L范围内具有良好的线性相关性,相关系数0.9997;加标回收率在90.3%~102.2%之间,最低检出限为0.01mg/kg。[结论]方法操作简便、快捷、准确可靠,适用于蔬菜中6-苄基腺嘌呤残留量的测定。

摘  要:
[Aims] A high performance liquid chromatography method for the determination of 6-benzylaminopurine residues in vegetable was established by optimization of QuEChERS pretreatment method. [Methods] The residues in the samples were extracted by 1%(V/V) of HAc-acetonitrile solution, salted out by anhydrous magnesium sulfate,purified by PSA and C18, and analyzed by HPLC. The separation was performed on Waters Symmetry Shield C18 column and eluted with methanol-0.1% of HAc(35∶65, by vol). The detection wavelength was 267 nm. [Results] The results showed that when the concentration ranged from 0.50 to 10.00 mg/L, the method displayed good linearity with the correlation coefficient of 0.9997. The average recovery ranged from 90.3 to 102.2% and the limit of detection was 0.01 mg/kg.[Conclusions] This method is simple, rapid, accurate and reliable, which can be used for determination of6-benzylaminopurine residues in vegetable.
