2种防治棉铃虫措施对转Bt基因棉田绿盲蝽种群动态的影响

摘  要:
对河北省南皮县2种防治棉铃虫措施的转Bt基因棉田及其周边生境绿盲蝽的发生规律进行了系统调查。结果表明:绿盲蝽成虫在转Bt棉田有4个高峰期,绿盲蝽若虫有3个高峰期,整个发生期各棉田绿盲蝽成、若虫平均百株虫量分别为GK田33.44头1、6.24头,综防田8.10头、3.38头,化防田5.68头、2.00头,GK田分别比综防田、化防田高312.8%3、80.5%4、88.7%、712.0%,差异极显著(P<0.01),但综防田与化防田发生期绿盲蝽成、若虫平均百株虫量差异不显著(P>0.05)。这说明绿盲蝽已成为当地转Bt基因棉田的重要害虫。

摘  要:
The transgenic Bt cotton fields of two control Helicoverpa armigera measures and its circumjacent environment in Nanpi county,Hebei province were studied The results showed that there were 4 peak periods of Lygus lucorum adults,and 3 peak periods of Lygus lucorum nympha during the whole transgenic Bt cotton growth season.The number of Lygus lucorum adults and nympha of the average per 100 plants during the whole transgenic Bt cotton growth season was 33.44 bugs and 16.24 bugs in the GK cotton fields,8.10 bugs and 3.38 bugs in the integrated control ones,5.68 bugs and 2.00 bugs in the chemical control ones,and pests in the GK cotton fields were 312.8%,380.5% and 488.7%,71 2.0% more than those in the integrated control and chemical control ones.There was significant difference(P<0.01) among the three treatments.There was no significant difference(P>0.05) in the integrated control and chemical control fields.It suggested that Lygus lucorum became an important pest in the transgenic Bt cotton fields in Nanpi county,Hebei province,and its scientific control was studied.
