欧盟国家食用菌贸易状况及竞争力分析

摘  要:
主要以欧盟国家为研究对象,从其食用菌产量及国际占有率、进出口总体情况、主要贸易国及贸易竞争力等方面对欧盟食用菌贸易状况进行系统分析,得出结论有:欧盟在2003年颁布新的技术性贸易措施后,由于对自身产品品质要求高,因而出口不降反升,与此同时,欧盟与发达国家食用菌贸易进出口都受到较大影响,但是与发展中国家的贸易只在进口方面受到影响;鉴于欧盟标准整体较高,发展中的食用菌大国选择性回避欧盟市场竞争,但随着国际市场向欧盟标准靠拢,欧盟食用菌市场可能迎来较大冲击。另外,基于数据可得性,利用TC指数分析欧盟国家食用菌贸易竞争力得知:从2002年起,欧盟国家食用菌贸易TC指数已经达到了0.87,并在2002年之后一直呈上升趋势,表现为极强贸易竞争优势,具体到波兰、爱尔兰和西班牙等欧盟国家内部,贸易竞争优势差异较为明显,即使西班牙与自身相比,其TC指数在不同年份波动亦较为明显。最后在此基础上建议应继续强化食用菌标准和品质,同时开辟更多的市场以应对日益严峻的国际市场竞争等。

摘  要:
Mainly take the European Union countries as the research object, the trade status of edible fungi in the EU from the production of edible mushroom and international market share, the overall situation of import and export, major trading countries and trade competitiveness were systematically analyzed, and the conclusions were as follows: after the European Union new technical trade measures were promulgated in 2003, due to high quality requirement of their own products, its exports rose rather than fell, at the same time, the import and export of edible mushroom trade between EU and developed countries were greatly affected,but the trade with developing countries was affected only in import. In view of the high overall European Union standards, the developing countries of edible mushroom selectively avoid the EU market competition, but with the international market closer to the European Union standards, the European Union edible mushroom market might usher in a big impact. In addition, based on the availability of data, using TC index to analyze the trade competitiveness of edible mushroom in EU countries, from 2002, the TC index of edible mushroom trade in EU countries had reached 0.87. Since 2002, the trend had been on the rise, showing a very strong competitive advantage of trade, specific to Poland, Ireland and Spain and other European Union countries, the difference in trade competitive advantage was more obvious. Even though Spain compared with itself, its TC index fluctuated significantly in different years. On the basis of this, some suggestions were put forward, such as strengthening the quality and standard of edible mushroom and opening up more markets to deal with the increasingly severe international market competition and so on.
