EGR冷却器散热性能优化研究

摘  要:
利用CATIA软件建立冷却器三维模型,并在AVL-Fire软件中对某款EGR冷却器的流场、温度场进行数值模拟,通过试验验证其合理性与准确性。为达到要求冷却效果,拟在冷却管上添加不同扰流槽来优化冷却器结构,并用数值模拟方法进行分析。结果表明,由于管内废气的流速降低,改进后带凹槽的冷却管结构使冷却器的冷却效率提升了8.83%,对以后EGR冷却器优化研究提供了一定的参考。

摘  要:
This paper establishes a three-dimensional model of the cooler in CATIA and simulates an EGR cooler with AVL-Fire software in flow field and temperature field. The rationality and accuracy are verified by experiments. In order to achieve the required cooling effect, it is proposed to add different spoiler slots on cooling pipe to optimize the cooler structure. The numerical simulation results show that the cooling efficiency of the cooler with grooves increases improves 8.83%, because the flow rate of the exhaust gas in the tube is reduced, which provides a reference for the optimization of EGR cooler.
